We sincerely appreciate your
interest in our company. Our business is built on
repeat customers and we want our you to be
happy with the products you purchase. To that end,
we are happy to send you sample garments to see and
try on before you purchase. Samples are sent to you
free to review, all you pay for is the shipping
costs to send them back to us.
Simply contact us to let us
know the products, sizes and colors you would like
to see. Our representatives will arrange to have
them shipped to you at no-charge, usually within one
business day.
Within 24-72 hours, we will send you an email
message with a pre-approved return authorization
number & form attached. This form has all the
instructions on where and when to return the
garments. Please note that this form MUST accompany
your return.
All we require is a credit
card number that we hold on file for security until
the merchandise is returned. Nothing is ever billed
to your card provided that the samples are returned
in new condition by the due date specified on the
return form (your samples have to be shipped back
within 3 week from the date we ship it to you).

Samples must be shipped
back to us within 3 weeks from the date we ship
them to you. Our manufacturers have strict
requirements on the length of time within which
they will accept returns. Any returns not
shipped on or before the due date shown on the
Return Authorization Form will not be accepted
for return and you agree to pay for the samples
with the card account supplied as security.

All garments must be
returned in new condition or you agree to pay

You are responsible for
all freight costs to ship the samples back to us
(these charges are not billed to your card, you
simply pay the carrier you choose to send back
the samples).

All of our samples are
handled directly by our manufacturers. Each
brand you order will ship from a different
warehouse, they will be required to be returned
to the same warehouses.

You must retain the
tracking number of your return shipment as proof
of shipping date.
