We take great pride in our ability to provide you with prompt & reliable service. To assure that all returns & exchanges are processed accurately and in a timely way, we ask that our customers follow the guidelines outlined below.

VERY IMPORTANT

Without exception, all returns or exchanges must be pre-approved in writing by RLP UNIFORM.

Before you attempt to return or exchange any item, you must first contact us to obtain a 'Return Authorization Form' & valid 'RA Number'. Upon request we will email or fax this form to you. Please note that returns will be accepted only at the specific return center address shown on the form we send you (we utilize many different return centers). Under no circumstances will we be liable to issue credit for any merchandise shipped to us without proper pre-authorization or shipped to the wrong return center.

Requirements for returns & exchanges

All claims for shortages and/or defective customizing services must be made within 5 business days from receipt of your order.

Returns for defective products will be accepted within a 'reasonable' time frame. Because of the nature of our products, we reserve the right to determine on a 'case by case' basis regarding whether or not a product is defective. We will of course pay for return freight on any defective products and will issue a credit or replace the merchandise at our discretion.

Requests for exchanges for size or color changes must be made within 5 business days from receipt of your order. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all such exchanges. Customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return and reorder.

If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase from us, a request for a return authorization must be made within 5 business days from receipt of your order. We will issue a merchandise credit provided that the products have not been worn, soiled or altered in any way. We will issue a refund of your purchase price only for a maximum of one piece per style on your order provided that products have not been worn, soiled or altered in any way. Normal restocking fees and freight charges apply.

Please note: We recommended that you request product samples prior to purchasing more than one piece per style. For larger orders, we will provide samples at no charge, on smaller orders, we may ask you to purchase the samples and subsequently issue a refund or credit at your discretion when returned. There are no restocking fees for returning sample items.
