There is no standard minimum order requirement. The requirement varies depending on the style and product lines you are interested in. Some products have no minimums, others do. Our online catalog will indicate where a minimum order is required.

Yes, in fact we strongly encourage it. Samples are sent out as part of the process of helping you decide which products to purchase.

Generally, orders without customizing ship within 24 hours. Orders with embroidery or other customizing services generally take five to ten business days.

We accept orders by telephone, fax or email. For your initial order, we need to briefly speak with you briefly to collect all necessary billing & shipping information.
